    At GrainCorp I developed complex manufacturing processes and procedures that reduced the formation of process contaminants (mainly 3-MCPD and glycidyl esters) in infant formula oil blends protecting and generating thousands of tonnes of sales volume and millions of dollars in profit.I formulated a specialised, highly functional, non-palm based, hard-stock fat system used to make very low saturated fat bakery fats & oils products.I created more than 30 various fat blends for the manufacture of infant formula powders with tight technical specifications and stringent quality requirements.I project managed all projects efficiently and to successful conclusions regarding the reduction of oil contaminants in infant formula oils involving cross functional teams.I authored R&D Tax documents for virtually all gated projects providing scientific justification and concept validation.

    I developed healthy frying oil blends for multiple multinational QSRs generating/retaining millions of dollars in revenue.I formulated a range of no artificial colours or flavours, highly functional, lower saturated fat, very low trans fat, bakery margarines used in the production of pastries, cakes, biscuits and imitation cremes resulting in significant cost savings.I authored all the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) manuals for the 4 major pilot plant vessels used for the refining, interesterifying, hydrogenating, deodorising and the texturising of fats & oils based products. I trained multiple product development technologist in the operation of the pilot plant equipment.I conducted fats & oils training modules to cross-functional, multiple site employees across the business.
