Partner with client executives to develop strategies for sustained outcomes improvement. Consult with senior management and technical leadership to increase analytic competencies throughout health systems.

Streamline implementation of data warehousing technologies into hospitals and health care systems. Strategize with health care leadership to establish organizational teams capable of sustaining long-term quality improvement efforts. Provide quality improvement training to hospital leadership and medical staff leveraging BI technologies. Manage client engagement.

Manage implementation of enterprise data warehouse (EDW) for hospital systems. Educate hospital executive and senior leadership teams on value-add of data warehouse and business intelligence. Consult with and train clinical leadership to establish quality improvement teams across clinical programs and clinical support services. Train technical staff at client sites on EDW best practices.

Consult with hospitals and healthcare organizations around the United States to deploy enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.

Design, architect and implement a data warehouse to support a variety of data needs for the corporation. Data elements include financial, clinical, human resource and operational data. Model (relational and dimensional) data structures to support growing business intelligence needs. Work closely with clients to identify business logic, processes and data elements to incorporate into the data warehouse. Build cubes to make data more accessible to mid/senior-level managers and excecutives. Work with executive management on business intelligence initiatives to drive quality improvement.

Supported the inpatient and ambulatory EMR systems (2 years). System Administrator for Crystal Reports/Business Objects (2 years). Wrote code for data extraction designed to meet clinical data needs of Primary Care Physicians (PCP). Responsible for creating/maintaining data loads to help PCPs better manage diabetic, asthmatic and mental health patients. Consulted on implementation of enterprise reporting tool, Cognos (BI tool) rollout. Responsible for day-to-day EDW operations to maintain and improve EDW infrastructure. Worked closely with System Administrator and Database Administrator teams to monitor and tune EDW performance (hardware, software upgrades/patches and replacement).
