I am an optimist by nature who has been asked repeatedly to dive in and lead turn arounds of global businesses. Whether it is losing millions of dollars a month, has major client issues, is shrinking instead of growing, requires some M&A, needs a major restructuring, or all of the above, I have done it many times over.To date, as the “turn around guy”, I have led teams in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia at a scale of $2B in P&L, teams of more than 12,000 in over 100 countries, closed over $15B in sales, and improved profitability by over $600M annually. I have had the opportunity to live overseas in Europe and Asia for 9 years – bridging cultural boundaries, opening up siloed businesses, and leveraging next generation technology to differentiate in the market. My combination of technical depth, honed leadership skills coached by a great network personal mentors, and a highly refined skill in building great leadership and technology services & product teams has matured as we have solved some of the most difficult problems companies and governments face.In my “spare time”, I am also a board member or advisor to several technology start-ups and technology services companies around the world.I am on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Finance Committee Chair, and Treasurer of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, Chair of the Biomedical Services Committee, and a member of the Disaster Preparedness & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committees at the American Red Cross National Capital Area.I am a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), Private Directors Association and a member & contributing author of the Forbes Technology Council.Areas of Expertise:Angel Investor, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Non-Profit, Employee Owned, Publicly TradedAerospace, Defense, Intelligence, Civil, Manufacturing, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, RetailInternational experience in over 100 countries, lived and worked in Americas, Europe, AsiaProfit & Loss at $2B+ in scaleGlobal Operations with teams of 12,000+ in hundreds of locationsBoard of Directors, Board Advisor, Board Committee ChairStart-Ups, Growth Acceleration, & Turn-AroundsSalesCorporate GovernanceStrategyCustomer EngagementLeadership DevelopmentMergers & AcquisitionsPartner IntegrationProfit & Growth OptimizationArtificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cyber Security, and Big Data Analytics / Deep Learning
