I have a career-long focus providing Governance, Risk and Compliance Services including risk management, internal audit, process improvement and re-engineering, data mining, robotic process automation, fraud prevention, SOX compliance consulting, and outsourced accounting and financial reporting assistance. I assist my clients in identifying and assessing risk at all levels of their organization and in developing response plans to manage and mitigate inherent risks. This includes working alongside my clients to design and implement process efficiencies, as well as internal control activities for a wide-range of strategic, operational, financial and compliance activities.As the partner-in-charge of the GRC Advisory practice at Weaver, I work collaboratively with my fellow partners to develop and maintain a cutting edge advisory practice that provides proactive and smart solutions for our clients, as well as fulfilling careers with unmatched opportunity for growth to our team. I am also highly focused on client service delivery and take a hands-on approach with all of my clients. While Weaver serves a wide variety of industries, I personally focus on the energy, manufacturing/distribution/retail, and healthcare industries.Outside of the office, I spend every moment possible with my wife and two kiddos. This usually involves spending time at the baseball field or in Scouting activities. I am a life-long member of Scouting and currently serve as Cubmaster in my local Pack.
