SCI Consulting is California's premier public agency revenue mechanism firm and has helped its public agency clients implement over 130 balloted assessments, more than all other consultants in the state combined, with a 95% success rate.

Managed over $75 million in heavy construction projects including the well-known Islais Creek Contract "C" Clean Water deep, retained excavation project in Bayview/Hunters Point. One of original employees and former Board of Directors member.
