As Senior Product Manager, I managed OCLC's suite of applications and APIs that library staff and information specialists use to create and edit shared metadata. I also helped direct strategy for implementing graph data into our products and services. I worked with staff across the entire organization, including those responsible for management, engineering, user experience, testing, operations, marketing, and communications. I directed four Product Analysts, and worked with a primary development team that has included staff in multiple countries.

Worked closely with staff from Archives and Special Collections, the Digital Library Development Lab, and subject experts from across campus to create and enhance access to library resources.

• Collaborated with multiple departments to create multimedia websites for a broad range of users.• Researched a variety of sources, both internal and external, for collection development projects.• Researched best practices for an organization-wide web redesign.• Created and edited educational media for web resources.

* Organized, described and cataloged over 150 cubic feet of varied media for inclusion in the Society’s manuscript collections. * Assisted in securing additional donations to the collection.
