Lead role within the Insight & Analytics team responsible for managing the iterative development of executive dashboards and associated reporting tools.

Activity focused on: client implementation; data and program integration; vendor management; vendor invoicing; orchestrating the creation of business requirements, mapping for all related processes and integration of the product with existing infrastructure based on both long and short term goals. Key Accomplishments: Project management and ideation skills contributed to the successful build-out of the lifestyle product for the external market as well as several other health and wellness projects. This includes the development of: client specific quality assurance plans and business requirements; financial forecasting tools used in operational decision-making and future pricing of the product; cross-departmental process mappings related to delivery of the product that are viewed as a best practice within the organization; a vendor invoicing system; client level report cards used to track implementation activities and processes to efficiently manage vendor specification documents for operationalizing client services. Contributed to the vendor contracting process resulting in the successful signing of the contract with vendor.

Key Responsibilities and Experiences: Business Information Management role focusing on: extraction, transformation and loading of data; client data transition and migration; quantitative and qualitative analysis; project management; process design, and quality improvement activities. Key Accomplishments: Streamlined key processes to enhance effectiveness and reduce manual inputs; utilized as subject matter expert for WellPoint client data migration and program offering conversion for transitioning WellPoint programs to HMC structure and resources; managed analysis and solution implementation for transition of high profile clients; and created protocol necessary to manage non-traditional sources of information.
