I have most recently worked on the governments ECO Funding Grant scheme, during my time here I was part of the free boiler campaign. My duties included: telephoning UK citizens to inform them that the grant is currently running and see if they qualified to take part in the scheme. This was a very target driven role with high standards a must. After two weeks in the company I was moved up to a team leader position due to my quality and quantity of sales. In the team leader position I was in charge of keeping up team moral, making sure targets were hit on a daily basis and quality controlling sales.

My duties included: contacting UK based companies, schools, colleges, trust/foundations, churches and residents in order to obtain new pledges or one off donations. The team I worked within was the only income for the charity and without the hard work we put in each day, the charity would not be able to offer the services which so many children nationwide benefit from. I did on times have to leave the office to meet the company representatives to give a presentation on the charity and our services.

I was the main forklift driver for the company. I had to attend daily meetings with management for workloads due out and briefings/debriefings. I headed a team of four people in my area.
