Additionally, I effectively coordinate service activities with internal staff, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of Hornsby BMW's service operations.Duties and responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professionaldemeanour.- Reaching highest upselling in service department with monthly KPI.- Consult with mechanics to get accurate estimates of repair costs and timerequired for service.- Effectively communicate technical information to customers in a clear andunderstandable manner.
