Extended contract position in the design/ construction department. Team leader on projects that provided architectural support to the Real Estate Department, various Business Units, and the Store Planning Department. Work closley with Construction Project Managers in coordinating construciton scope and field issues. Led project team in producing construction documents for bidding and construction. Performed detailed code analysis and interpretation. Created and updated base floor plans documenting existing conditions for use by the Store Planning Department.

Three month contract position. Used company standards, methods, and design team (user, field manager, and engineering consultants) to prepare and distribute construction documents for a licensed business hearing center company within recaptured space of select existing Sears stores. Created a space needs analysis utilizing recaptured space in an existing high traffic Kmart store for an existing, well established, local Chicago based licensed business beverage company looking to expand their territory in New York City. Assisted in streamlining the existing project delivery process.

Directed project team in producing construction documents for bidding and construction. Size and types of projects varied from new warehouses, large and small tenant finish-outs, offices, and a high school addition. Provided pre planning, planning, design, construction document, and construction administration services. Responsible for coordinating all project information, as well as, building and maintaining relationships between consultants, owners, contractors, and other members of project team. Created construction documents and renderings using Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit Architecture.
