• Liaise with architects, foremen and clients to maintain project performance• Review & recommend improvements to internal project performance reporting systems• Manage a small team of draftsmen to ensure completion of deliverables• Undertake the structural design of residential and light commercial buildings using:o Timber o Steel o Reinforced Concrete o Pre-stressed concrete o Masonry o Portal frames o Composite steel beams and concrete slabs o Glass• Produce paving and parking plans to comply for disabled access• Design stormwater drainage, retention and treatment systems• Produce hand drawn engineered drawings• Conduct site inspections to ensure adequacy of construction• Manage a small office IT maintenance & procurement

• Demonstrate attention to detail in assuring rooms are set neatly to client specifications• Investigate & solve difficulties on both familiar & client devices• Talk directly with clients & build relationship to enable their event to run smoothly• Receive written summaries of client expectations and translate these into set up conference spaces• Manage work load around access and usage of areas, time dependant tasks and managerial expectations and desires
