Specifically, I enjoy continuously improving the customer experience by thoughtfully combining processes that are proven with game-changing ideas that revolutionize and drive revenue. I have more than 20 years of experience building and guiding lean teams in leadership, sales, service, reconditioning, inventory, and real estate, as well as creating centralized teams focused on improving experiences while managing costs.I began my career on the traditional side of automotive retail but discovered my real passion for startups when I joined CarLotz. It was there that I was able to hone my skills building an organization from the ground up. I led the team through growth into 13 new states and 19 new locations, building and developing leadership to oversee sales, CX, reconditioning, inventory, and real estate. While I am proud of what I have accomplished in growing organizations like CarLotz, I take the most pride in being a curious, empathetic, and thoughtful leader. While ideas, products, and processes are key to success, I recognize that failure is guaranteed unless the right people are put in place and empowered to show us all what they are capable of. This approach has brought incredible professional relationships into my life, many which have become lifelong friendships.
