I lead a group of Project Managers and Project Directors in SSOE's EPC integrated project delivery business unit (aka SSOE Systems). As part of my role, I also lead the implementation of lean construction and VDC within our integrated project delivery solutions project teams and organization.

I am leading internal planning, development, and execution of our virtual design & construction (VDC) initiative. I also assist our external marketing, business development, client and account managers with communicating the value of VDC to our customers and project partners. While SSOE uses digital design technologies extensively, our VDC initiative is developing world-class technology and processes to maximize our value promise to our customers, saving them time, trouble, and money.

Multi-discipline architectural engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Lighting) As Principal, I oversee all aspects of project design from inception to completed construction. I also, with my partners, lead the business aspects of the firm.
