In late 2015 I had my aha moment, it was then I set out to improve an industry and people’s lives. Since that moment I have developed an extensive flow chart, algorithms, business plan, pitch deck and road map forward. I also explored other service based apps, needs in the industry, competition, and the world of tech start-ups. Most recently I have assembled a small team of developers and am currently in the build process.

OTT worked with Union Pacific Railroad, Burlington Northern Santa Fe, and other related industries in an effort to expedite repairs, limit costly down time and help them work within their budgets. Covering five states with a relatively small work force of eleven; my duties as CEO consisted of setting production, safety, and maintenance goals for the company. Training of technicians, service writers, parts personnel, and office employees in the day to day activities and responsibilities; as well as setting and working within budgets in order to be profitable were just some of the requirements of CEO.
