Director Of Integrated Systems
CurrentAs you all know, Kidwell has been installing low voltage systems for numerous years ranging from Access Control, Audio/Visual and Cabling, to Nurse Call Systems and Surveillance Cameras. While these systems are often integrated, our internal processes made them separate. We used separate Project Managers to rely on knowing the scope of the work, assigned a separate Team Lead to distribute the work to our foreman, and send separate crews to install cable, mount devices and work on head-end hookup/commissioning. This separation internally has made things confusing when questions arise and prevented anyone from taking full ownership of projects. With all of that as the background, today we are excited to announce our new Integrated Systems Division. This new division positions everyone to work together towards the common goal, which is providing the best solution for the best value to our customers.
