As a Credit Union Senior Executive, my journey in the financial sector has been marked by dynamic leadership and a commitment to driving transformative change. Serving in C-suite roles, I’ve consistently led organizational transformations, identified breakthrough strategies, and accelerated change, earning a reputation as a visionary executive.Throughout my career, I’ve passionately cultivated talent, fostering the growth of 81 individuals into Branch Manager positions. My leadership style, characterized by hands-on involvement, empathy, and approachability, has been instrumental in shaping future leaders within the industry.In my current role as Chief Banking Officer & Senior Vice President at Tech Credit Union, a $560M financial institution, I lead day-to-day operations, recruitment, revenue generation, and overall growth. Within the first 90 days, I instituted comprehensive training programs, redesigned products, recruited top talent, and built a Business Development team. These initiatives, coupled with my strategic guidance, have positioned the credit union for record earnings in 2023.My tenure at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (NDFCU) from 2015 to 2023 showcased my capabilities as Chief Retail Officer & Northwest Indiana Market President. During this time, NDFCU achieved remarkable milestones, including the catapulting of assets from $382M to $976M. I played a key role in establishing the Commercial team that broke the $100M mark in 2023 and led the credit union to become the No. 3 lender in the U.S. for PPP lending in 2020.At Wintrust Bank Holdings Co., where I served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, I led business development efforts for a community bank holding company with 105 branches and $17B in assets. Achieving 150% of the assigned goal for loan and deposit relationship development, I became the top producer in Indiana.My career also includes impactful roles at First National Bank, where I served as Senior Vice President & Director of Retail Banking, overseeing daily retail banking operations for 8 branches. During a challenging economic period, I not only retained jobs but also achieved consistent growth, increasing bank deposits from $320M to $400M within three years.
