Experienced aerospace executive with demonstrated success in progressive roles in Operations, Business Development, Engineering and Program Management, with a career common thread of Business Development success, and inclusive of an aerospace composites expatriate leadership role in India, as follows:Chairman - Management Committee for Kineco Kaman Composites India Pvt. Ltd. - A Joint Venture (JV) between Kineco Group, Goa – India and Kaman Aerospace Group, USA. My six (6) year expatriate assignment in India began April 1st 2015 and concluded on the contractual end date of March 31st 2021.The India joint venture facility produces complex composite structures for various industries including Aerospace, Defense and Medical Imaging.In my role as Chairman of the Management Committee of Kineco-Kaman Composites – India Pvt. Ltd., I was responsible for the stewardship of Kaman Aerospace Group, Inc.’s investment in the Joint Venture. Responsibilities included;a. Oversight of the day-to-day management of the Joint Venture;b. Acting as a member of a “Steering Committee” on all business matters;c. Reviewing budgets and business plans for the Joint Venture;d. Providing specific support and guidance regarding business development pursuit;e. Providing specific support and guidance regarding program management;f. Reviewing the Joint Venture’s compliance with the operating principles of Kaman;g. Conducting monthly formal meetings with the managers of the Joint Venture and recording minutes of such meetings;h. Reviewing and discussing all matters that the Management Committee decides to present to the Board of Directors of the Joint Venture for its considerations; andi. Performing actions delegated by the Board of Directors to, and/or otherwise capable of being performed by a member of the Management Committee to the fullest extent permitted under India law.
