• Serve as the first point of contact to over 20 candidates daily to ensure a smooth and positive testing experience• Administer and proctor exams while implementing high-quality testing strategies to enhance validity of results • Maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of all testing materials, logs, and documents.

• Monitor, track progress, and retain over 350 students using Excel documents, Banner, and academic reports to ensure students are completing requirements to renew their 21st Century scholarship • Implement strategies for academic persistence, student enrichment, career preparation, and financial literacy to support students' academic, professional, and personal goals • Organize and facilitate workshops, social events, volunteer projects, and meetings to develop students feelings of community with the program and university, helping to increase fall to spring retention by over 5 percent among 21st Center Scholars.• Meet individually with over 100 students each semester to discuss goals, challenges, and 21st Century ProgramScholarCorps AmeriCorps members are placed at select colleges and universities across Indiana and serve as an on-campus resource to 21st Century Scholar students enrolled at that institution. The program aims to increase 21st Century Scholar retention and success by providing on-campus programming, direct support and connecting students to various on-campus resources, information and services needed to be successful in college. Each ScholarCorps AmeriCorps member will be charged with providing Scholars with resources in alignment with four programmatic goal areas, including: 1.) Academic Performance and Persistence, 2.) Student Engagement and enrichment, 3.) Career Exploration and Preparation,4.) Financial Literacy and Debt Management.

• Create and lead weekly interactive review lessons for Psychology students to improve success rates• Educate students on test taking/study skills strategies and utilizing academic supports and campus resources

• Support academic advisors to provide excellent service to new students to increase academic engagement• Develop a rapport with and help to advise undecided students• Serve as a liaison in UNIV101 courses by discussing academic skills, majors, careers, and adjusting to college• Train new peer advisors on company policies, how to schedule appointments, communicate with students and manage front office operations
