I performed all release management of the application once our initial phase was deployed to production. • I owned an application that provides hotels the ability to track certifying green solutions. The application supports 9 languages and hotels on every continent. This project had high visibility in senior management, requiring additional status reporting targeting both the business user community and senior management. I facilitated daily standup calls and ensured the team deployed new releases every 6 weeks to address enhancements, defects and translation.
