As Chief Strategy Officer, my mission is to provide every member of the Atlantic Bay team the tools and resources they need to be successful. While the mission can be stated simply, the execution is much more complex. It starts with the borrower experience. My team and I examine every aspect of the borrower’s interaction with Atlantic Bay from the time they first hear about us until they have made their final mortgage payment. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the process of obtaining a loan. To improve the experience for both the borrower and our team, we focus heavily on innovation. Technology and automation are necessities in today’s marketplace, but they need to be implemented thoughtfully and strategically. We streamline the experience for everyone involved through our systematic approach.Equipped with an amazing loan process, we provide our sales team the best marketing in the industry. We recognize that each member of Sales has a unique approach towards building their business. We provide Success Concierges that help them navigate our vast library of marketing resources to execute their specific business plan. Once the tools are in place to deliver an amazing experience, we deliver live and on-demand training for our team. Our training is designed to not only teach the team how to use our tools but also create and implement best practices to ensure their success. We take pride in our On-Boarding experience to make certain that new team members have a first-class introduction to Atlantic Bay and are up and running quickly. Next, we focus on data and analytics. We strive to provide each department the reports and information they need to identify trends, track the industry, manage their workflow, and support strong decision-making. We want our team to have safe, innovative offices to work in that are representative of their specific geographic location. The Infrastructure team and I work hard to ensure offices are opened and operating efficiently while providing amazing in-office technology. Finally, we run a project management department that systematically chooses projects that will have the greatest impact on the business, then utilizes a proven process to make certain that we are delivering amazing end products to our team.
