Led the delivery of a project to target reducing reoffending within NOMS' Children and Families Pathway. Led a diverse range of activity working with offender management organisations, influencing change and building partnerships. Personally authored a project report with a range of operational and policy recommendations (see publications). Created a new cross agency policy proposal and secured funding directly from the then Children's Minister Beverley Hughes, which expanded the project's work across regions to deliver a groundbreaking partnership between Government Departments bringing Prisons and local authority services together to provide services aimed at prisoners and their families.

Strategic planning and delivery annually of £130m of publicly funded legal services across the West Midlands. Led diverse teams of professionals in legal and financial decision making, strategic planning and partnership building and the contract management and quality assurance of the legal profession. Led the formulation and delivery of a legal services strategy, including wide ranging engagement with stakeholders, facilitating a regional committee, analysing social demographic data, publishing strategic service proposals and agreeing funding and the contracted services delivery 'map'.Led the programme of quality assurance of all contracted legal services to ensure the efficient use of public funding including audit of over 600 law firms and the reallocation of resources to meet the delivery of the published strategy. Member of three Local Criminal Justice Boards (LCJBs), working with chief officers of Police, Court Srevices, Prisons and Probation to achieve oversight of the delivery of the Criminal Justice System in the West Midlands. Created new processes and teams to meet changing needs - led set up of new specialist investigation function, new customer service team and call centre, new function to facilitate changes to Immigration law. Led major programme of contract compliance and audit of the Greater London legal profession, including qualifying personally as an auditor through LSC's own assessment process.
