I do tenant representation exclusively, I do this for technology companies, financial service firms, life science companies, non profits and industrial/manufacturing businesses throughout the country and around the world.Our team is vertically integrated and provides: Space programming & Needs Assessment, Project Timelines and Budgets, Lease, Lease Renewal and Purchase negotiations, Site Selection and Financial Modeling, TI and Ground-Up Construction and Project Management, Lease Audits, Tax Credit Consulting, Portfolio and Lease Administration and Project Team Leadership for real estate projects ranging from local office occupiers to complex corporate headquarter and multi-site regional and national real estate portfolio projects. I also enjoy a Leadership Development role within the company, training with our team members in all of our offices to encourage growth and learning, one of our ten core values. Growth is not optional, and as we grow individually we collectively grow stronger as a team, good fun.
