Technology Development:I own the aerodynamic performance of projects during New Product Development. I collaborate within Technology Development to ensure optimal product air flow that to meets our various performance requirements (Filtration, Acoustics, Fan Performance). I also work with Design, Electronics, Software and Manufacturing and Operations Teams, Contract Manufacturers to ensure the manufacturability of our machines. I am an experienced user of ANSYS FLUENT in modelling and validating aerodynamics for requirements verification and decision-making.Products delivered: Pure Cool Me, Pure Hot + Cool, Pure CoolManufacturing Quality:I lead root cause analysis reviews of engineering problems. I analyse data and perform regression modelling in Minitab and Matlab to substantiate work. I ensure the integrity of production line aerodynamic characterisation testers. Test Method Development:I develop and refine novel approaches of aerodynamic characterisation of parts and assemblies.Communications/PR:I present product technology to internal stakeholders for design and user perception reviews; I conduct tours of our campus spaces, laboratories and talk about company philosophy to external stakeholders for media events.Outreach:I am involved in STEM activities to raise awareness on science and engineering to my communities. I promote the James Dyson Award as an avenue for budding engineers to present their ideas and get recognised for it.
