My first-hand experience in the South Korean military and my passion for international relations come together in my columns for NK News. As a result, I was invited to provide a millennial’s perspective on Korean reunification for three Channel News Asia panel discussions.

In my current role, I coach over 80 students to achieve high-performance targets on standardized English exams. The success of my work led Jin English Academy to continue to thrive in the ESL and TOEFL industries despite the fact that they have been contracting for a number of years.

Ever the communicator, I have skills in multiple languages, including English, Korean, and Malay. I leveraged these capabilities to translate and publish essays and articles on a variety of topics, including the impact of government regulations on trade, real estate prices, and unemployment.

Anyone who has run a small business can attest to the flexibility, time management, and versatility it requires. As a franchise owner, I found this to be undoubtedly correct. In this role, I trained and managed a team of four and oversaw daily operations, including customer relations, marketing, payroll, accounting, site management, inventory management, and sales strategy development.

My time with Pagoda was my first step into language instruction, where I taught English grammar and speaking to university students in preparation for TOEFL examinations.

As a corporal in the Republic of Korea Army, I leveraged my problem-solving and leadership skills to lead three team members in classified cryptology activities. Through consistent dedication to excellence, I earned the Division Commander’s Commendation for superior performance.

I provided door-to-door communications and sales services for AT&T U-Verse Internet and Cable TV services in the Milwaukee area in Wisconsin.
