CurrentI perform a variety of roles, including:Staff development: I develop staff by drafting and presenting training materials, mentoring new and experienced staff through the BY&S mentor program, and reviewing reports and providing valuable feedback.Reviewer and Final Reviewer: I help our clients make sound credit decisions by ensuring they receive accurate, informative, and comprehensive reports that meet or exceed the BY&S standard of excellence.Work Product Committee: I collaborate with two BY&S partners to develop and maintain the BY&S work product materials and guidance.Client Relationships: As a relationship manager, I address individual client needs in areas of project scope, report review, problem solving, and collaboration, making BY&S an extension of the client's team.ABOUT BY&SBreslin, Young & Slaughter, LLC (BY&S) is a healthcare financial consulting firm that provides due diligence and financial consulting services to lenders, investors, and operators in the healthcare space. Our practice is solely focused on the healthcare industry and we have built a team of over 35 staff that work on over 400 healthcare projects for our clients each year including but not limited to due diligence projects, field exams, quality of earning reports, loan monitoring and servicing, and workout services. We continue to be dedicated to understanding the healthcare segment and partnering with our clients to tackle the challenges of lending to and investing in this dynamic industry.
