As a Leasing Agent, John works as a representative for Newburger-Andes buildings, representing the company in multi-tenant retail and office buildings with his primary focus being industrial space. In addition to being a Landlord Rep, John represents clients in finding spaces that fit their needs outside of the Newburger-Andes portfolio of properties. As a Leasing & Sales Agent for the past four years, John has completed approximately 172 lease transactions (Landlord Rep, Tenant Rep and lease renewals). Additionally, he has also represented buyers and sellers in closing approximately $10,000,000 of commercial sales. John is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to receiving his Real Estate License and joining Newburger-Andes, John worked at his family's business, Woodhams Eye Clinic, as the Medical Billing Director.John is proud to be a Certified Commercial Investment Member, having earned the designation of CCIM; a designation held by only 6% of real estate professionals. The designation curriculum covers essential CCIM skills sets including financial, market, user decision analysis, and investment analysis for commercial investment real estate. CCIMs present a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience. Finally, they demonstrate their proficiency in the CCIM skill sets by successfully completing a comprehensive examination.In addition to being a CCIM designee, John is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.In his free time, John enjoys playing squash, golf, and platform tennis. He has recently become a Professional Squash Doubles player and has traveled to many tournaments across the United States, achieving a world ranking of 42 on the pro circuit.
