Ceteris also offer an ERDF specialist support for businesses programme, which provides a range of services to local businesses from business planning to E-commerce support.My Role Includes: • Development of strategy, implementation and active project management of a caseload of existing and start-up SME and social enterprise clients with the core objective to realise client sustainability and growth. • Delivering Creative Industries Programme, Start-up, existing and growth business support• Provision of Business Skills Training, Workshops and Seminars including Financial, Business Planning, Marketing, and Sales.• Provision of IT Skills Training, Workshops and Seminars including Search Engine Optimisation, Website Design, Microsoft Word, Excell, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher and Outlook. • provision of a capacity building support programme encompassing training, utilisation of ICT and business interventions leading to organisational sustainability, competitive advantage, increased performance and economic growth.• Development of client’s efficiency, capacity and turnover across a variety of locations through the utilisation of strategic Business and ICT consultancy support • Development, promotion, marketing and delivery of new learning opportunities and training courses in core business & IT disciplines.
