Key achievements include:• Implemented ACE (High volume, High $ item) program targeting 3 Day LT with 60 day min stocking levels at suppliers along with daily supply chain tier meetings focusing on review on leading purchase order metrics) resulting in $1.2M of inventory reduction while improving supplier OTP by 25% to 98%.• Reduced inventory by $6M across 5 ledgers resulting in 6 DOH improvement.• Rolled out 90-day payment terms with the supply base leveraging commodity management team yielding a $1.2M increase in cash flow. • Coordinated with production, research, engineering and other departments to support launching of several new products (Arc Quench Device, ArcPlus, 3000A Bypass and Switch, Cam-Lok Safety Switch) utilizing Eaton’s pro-launch process. • Led the set up of a new warehouse at the Avery Creek site to support transitioning a new LVA NRX production line to support the $45M growth of our data center business.• Led the plant cost out program which exceeded the profit plan goal of $5.9M by $580k with a solid pipeline of projects in the funnel. • Supported the Supplier Quality Program through regular supplier reviews and monitoring of continuous improvement and closed-loop corrective actions. • Oversaw insourcing of $5M of cassettes, shutter kits, and NRX components resulting in a $850k annualized cost out.• Obtained APICS CPIM certification for myself and the entire Asheville supply chain leadership team.

Led operations and quality improvements in Joslyn Clark, Namco Controls, Partlow, and Superior Electric divisions resulting in 37% market expansion and new product growth, which included launch of new 1140V Vacuum Contactors. Completed relocation and ISO certification of Superior Electric Facilities in North Carolina and Connecticut. Managed overall quality for Danaher Specialty Products division and lead ISO9001:2008 certification for entire division (Specialty Product Technologies, a division of Fortive, split from Danaher in July 2016).
