As Performance Manager, my roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Managing and overseeing RTM's contractual performance against the maintenance targets and performance metrics as described in the Project Agreement.- Liaising on a daily basis with representatives from the City of Ottawa for matters relating to RTM's performance and the management of maintenance and operations on the Confederation Line. - Ensuring that our business performance systems, and front line staff are kept current and updated on agreements and adaptations relevant to their work.- Working in collaboration with our Yard Control Centre (YCC) to ensure that work order requests are correctly identified for priority and scope, and flowed down to our subcontractors.- Production of regular reporting on our metrics to executive level employees.

Working in conjunction with the City of Ottawa on the design review of the Confederation Line Stage 2 Extension project. With a 30 year maintenance contract for the entire Confederation Line system, RTM is invested in ensuring that the Stage 2 design meets or exceeds the standards set in Stage 1 from a maintenance and rehabilitation scope. RTM also provides support to the KEV design team for items related to rail yard facilities and services, maintenance operations, and other information relevant to the integration of the Stage 1 and Stage 2 systems.Past projects include:- Responsible for the creation of Stage 1 LRT maintenance demarcation packages, delineating maintenance and rehabilitation scopes for LRT infrastructure between RTM, OCTranspo, and stakeholders.- Represented RTM during the construction of the MSF2 shed extension and LRV light maintenance shop addition at the Belfast Yard MSF.- Creation of a Station Availability Matrix detailing failure scenarios involving vertical transportation at Confederation Line stations.
