Rexford in Beverly Hills. - Financing: Debt and equity financing. Reporting to SEC, boards, investors, lenders, departments of insurance and other stakeholders. Directly sourced capital from major institutional investors. - Acquisitions & Dispositions: Sourced, negotiated, financed and closed billions of dollars in deals. - Corporate and Investment Real Estate Analysis and Strategy and Investment Policy for Zurich and others. Created and executed policy and plan.- Leasing: Negotiated and executed leases both as a landlord and a major tenant. Leased millions of sf of office, retail, medical and industrial space and led multifamily teams. - Led public CRE lender workouts & foreclosures.
