Marketplace & Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA): Owned a $100M+ global offering for sellers to use Amazon's delivery services for their off-Amazon businesses. Led and mentored the PM team to turnaround the business and P&L - delivering new features, pricing, countries, and operating models to better meet customers' needs. Proposed a strategy (later funded) to further productize checkout functionality and fast shipping as an offering.

Led "Enterprise Selling," a collection of initiatives to increase sales that crossed between physical and digital channels to over $200M.
