• Preparation of due diligence reports from both vendor and buyer sides. Area of specialisation in preparing these reports is employment taxes (Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation, Payroll Tax and PAYG Withholding).• Preparation and review of income tax returns and accounts for high net wealth individuals and families, trusts, companies and self managed superannuation funds.• Preparation and review of fringe benefits and payroll tax returns for business clients. These clients can range from small private enterprise to wholly owned subsidiaries of global corporations.• Preparation of advice on income and employment tax matters. Advice provided to clients and stakeholders in the form of letters, emails and in person.• Processing of monthly and quarterly compliance liabilities such as BAS statements, PAYG instalments and payroll tax returns.• Liaising with clients, client advisers and revenue authorities.• Assisting in the facilitation of training courses used to educate staff and clients on employment tax issues.
