I am a dedicated individual who has been proven to work successfully as part of large teams, small teams and on an independant basis whether working in the office, remotely from home or on the other side of the world.After gaining 12 years experience managing a production line in the manufacturing industry, the decision was made to earn a technological degree with honours and migrate my skill set to the Audio Visual and Video Conferencing industry.For the past 10 years I have enjoyed building my passion for working with multi-national corporate organisations, as well as businesses to ensure projects and solutions are delivered and supported to the high standards our clients deserve. A recent role change to Technical Solutions Architect has enabled me to ensure customer success is always at the forefront.Experienced with enterprise level building management tools, MTR deployments and Zoom Rooms (Poly/Logi/Neat), Cisco VC systems, digital signage, room booking systems, commissioning, service, management, customer relations, design, quality assurance and project management.ITIL certified with a Bachelor of Science degree, CITB/ECS health and safety certifications.Always putting the customer and end users at the forefront 🚀
