A summary of my career is given below. My career started in the automotive industry in Turkey where I gained skills and experience in project planning & management, material flow optimisation and outsourcing. After 3 years, I switched to home appliances industry. While working in 3 roles in 5 years I had exposure to category management, sourcing and product development. After moving to Australia in 2018, I continued working in consumer goods industry as a category manager & supply chain analyst for 2 years. I transferred my skills into the Carry Goods industry for a year before going back to a procurement role in Telecommunications industry. Working on different levels of the Supply Chain in different industries helped me gain various knowledge and perspective, I try to choose and enjoy path of continuous learning.My key character attributes would be : analytical, result-oriented, adaptable and able to pick-up new information quickly. I have demonstrated experience in supply chain optimization on many occasions, worked in diverse roles that covered end-to-end supply chain in different industries and roles which included facility project planning, demand and forecast improvements, procurement applications, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relations management and data analysis. I have a clear understanding of 6 Sigma (Green Belt), agile product management, project management (PMP) and (CIPS) procurement processes.
