As the Site Engineer, I was responsible for:• Demolition, construction, fit-out and defect phases for 28 levels and 2x plant rooms• Coordinating and programming on-site activities• Assessing subcontractor progress claims• Managing site compliance with Multiplex Quality Control, Safety and Environmental Management systems, including all QA for steel erection and concrete pours and auditing subcontractor QA systems• Preparing and facilitating Safety Workshops outlining work methodology and procedures for High Risk Works• Closely managing subcontractors and consultants to ensure queries were addressed in a timely manner• Liaising with Project Engineers, Design Managers, Architects and Site Supervisors to propose solutions and resolve on site issues DUO Central Park, July 2017 - November 2018DUO Central Park is a mixed residential, commercial and hotel development.
