Although it is a spin-off of the Ghostbuster’s theme song, it was not so much the catchiness of it that drew my attention but rather the intention the songwriter must have had for the chosen words. Here you have a company that wants its consumers to know that it is in the business of meeting their needs. As an individual, I too share the same sentiment; I believe that to be successful when it comes to providing quality service to consumers, you have to work towards meeting their needs to ensure their satisfaction. Over the years, I have not only worked on developing my technical skills, but I have also worked on enriching my communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. As a Helpdesk Analyst and Supervisor, I not only manage my team, but I have a proven track record in customer service, leveraging technical and business acumen to communicate effectively with clients, executives and their respective teams. Also, I have had the opportunity to delve into Project Management where I have focused in on the area in which I excel. I have a passion for facilitating projects, setting goals and deliverables, while also assembling and coordinating project staff, providing direction and support to the team to offer quality work to consumers.
