I reported on world news from The Times’s Seoul newsroom.

I tracked coronavirus case and vaccination counts across the country. I was part of an effort that was recognized in the 2020 Pulitzer Prize in Public Service for documenting the spread of the virus in the U.S., including at colleges and universities, long-term care facilities and other coronavirus clusters.Data was tracked by phone, email, and public records. I spearheaded an effort to file over 100 FOIA requests seeking coronavirus data from public universities. I also helped to create the system that The Times now uses to file and follow up on records requests for coronavirus data at public universities and state health departments.

I produced, edited, reported, and co-hosted for the daily evening news program.

I designed more efficient data structures for business faculty’s activity records and developed a new data entry process manual ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

I helped implement a new client intake and data entry process to bring the agency to federal compliance. I also produced a research report analyzing the causes of unemployment among the company's 1,000+ clients seeking employment after chronic unemployment.
