- Responsible for procurement-related process development activities for a global implementation of SAP ECC 6.0. Owned definition of global process and technical requirements, and associated business justification, for procurement-related SAP configuration and custom development efforts. - Responsible for the design and delivery of the Procurement Business Intelligence (BI) Initiative – a global shared service with $15M+ of annual portfolio value chartered with delivering information management and business intelligence capabilities to IBM’s 10,000+ Global Procurement employees. Managed all initiative activities – portfolio management, process transformation, application development, vendor management, change management and value realization.- Responsible for coordinating internal business activities for a $60M development and sales alliance with i2, a large supply chain management software provider and IBM business-to-business (B2B) solutions go-to-market partner. Duties included contract negotiations, driving resolution of critical business issues, and management of contractual milestones and key supplier deliverables.- Managed an e-business development project that delivered a web-based quoting and bidding application for the Americas, Europe, and Asia (20 countries total) and delivered $22M in annual savings. Responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle including requirement definition, cost/benefit analysis, project plan creation, application design and testing, change and risk management, communications, end-user training and project monitoring and control.
