Since 2008, I have been responsible for Rio Tinto Iron Ore and Komatsu's Continuous Improvement Program for the Pilbara Iron mine sites and Komatsu machinery. All projects follow a six sigma or Komatsu way (plan, do, check, act) change methodology to ensure quality and reliability for our machinery used by Rio Tinto Iron Ore. Since 2012 all key accounts were also part of my portfolio for CI projects, including Alcoa, St Ives, BHP as well and internal projects for Komatsu. Show less
