With more than 25 years of professional experience, I excel at using innovation to create value and foster growth. Helping organizations to rethink and reframe both their challenges and opportunities. A significant part of my work has commercialized software-enabled products and services. However, I have also brought innovation in the form of new business models and practices to the management of small businesses, non-profits, and mission-driven organizations. During my career, I have held roles in engineering, sales, business development, operations, consulting, product management, and executive leadership. Along this path, I have learned that collaboration across groups is essential to get things done – and creative ideas for problem-solving can come from any part of an organization. I credit this breadth of experience with making me a better leader. Some of my most gratifying accomplishments include: ● establishing, leading, and growing an education services company that was sold to a Fortune 500, ● developing award-winning software-enabled services, and ● receiving multiple patents for bicycle inventions. Some of the most challenging and rewarding experiences have been through volunteer activities including coaching and non-profit board service. However, what provides me with the greatest satisfaction is working with and equipping a team for success – as together, we accomplish our mission.
