• Responsible for management and optimization for a portfolio of horizontal and vertical wells, consisting of 260 horizontals on 29 pads and producing 9.5 MBOPD and 77 MMSCFD.o Tracked volume, pressures, and flow rates in wells via SCADA/Cygnet and Carte, including daily monitoring, weekly updates to management, and issue/impact reporting and directing of issue resolution action plans.o Managed settings changes to target optimal production and efficiency, including choke management, gas lift rates and volumes, compressor sizing, plunger settings and pumping unit settings. o Performed quarterly route reviews for my area with supervisors and operators, collaborating to assess current strategies.
