This approach has been instrumental in driving Luck Grove’s success, especially during a two-year scaling project where we built key processes for onboarding, training, and QA that remain in use today.I’m also honored to have been recognized as a CNY 40 Under 40 recipient, which highlights my dedication to leadership and growth in the telecommunications industry and beyond.One of my key contributions was integrating Monday.com into our operations, a platform we now rely on to track, report, and manage large-scale projects. Building systems around this technology has allowed us to stay efficient as we scaled, while strategic hiring and training initiatives ensured our team was prepared to meet growing client demands.In my role, I frequently tackle resource and prioritization challenges, and I always lead with transparency and innovation. I believe in being upfront with clients about challenges and working collaboratively to find solutions.
