I was tasked with goal setting and follow through with these individuals and also played a key role planning, labor scheduling, financial labor forecasting, and client problem resolutions. I trained these managers on our processes and procedures while continuing to help grow these markets while keeping an eye on profit margins and resources. I also worked with the unions in these markets to make sure our union labor was of the quality our clients expect from us.

Reading instructions and CAD drawings, communication and leading the other technicians, coordinating with exhibit services that included ariel rigging, audio visual vendors, flooring vendors, freight and shipping carriers, unions. Warehouse duties responsibilities for all outbound and inbound shipping coordination, new product check in, inventory and rack management, warehouse supplies, building maintenance tasks, timely and accurate completion of all required company paperwork.

Licensed Mortgage broker responsible for Originating Home Loans for individuals looking to purchase or refinance a home. I sat on condo-conversions in South Florida and Central Florida properties and prequalified individuals on site. I was tasked with marketing myself within Countrywide and gathering loans from face to face interaction with clients in need. I was extremely successful in the short period I was with Countrywide and closed multimillion dollars worth of deals before the loan qualifications changed and the economy dropped out.

Charlotte, North Carolina

I worked at a large contract packaging division (point of purchase displays) for Weyerhaeuser (now International Paper). I was hired as an Inventory Specialist, but was promoted right out of the gate and made a manager and tasked with creating a new department from scratch. My duties included supervising a dream team consisting of forklift drivers, production line leaders, quality control personnel and logistics personnel. Our team was tasked with setting up and prepping all of the production lines for production and then strategically transferring labor over to those production lines to meet daily production goals.
