Responsible for BIW and Security direction and strategy for UK & Ireland leading two Technology sales and delivery practices numbering 112 staff. Accountable for sales bookings, delivery revenues and margin.

Sector and Customer leadership on behalf of UK Consulting Delivery and accountable for delivery of projects within the Public Sector. The role is accountable for the P&L, staffing and effectiveness of the team covering key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction.

Responsible and accountable for the successful and profitable delivery of CRM Consulting engagements in line with my account / sales rep coverage.

• Responsible for the delivery of a number of high profile projects to a varied customer base with budgets ranging from $250k to $4m. Projects included,
• Major Customer Sales, Service and Marketing implementation, FTSE 100 Telecommunications and Media organisation.
• Siebel Financial Services, Leading Global Financial Services organisation.
• Consumer Goods Implementation, Leading FTSE 100 UK FMCG organisation.
• Provisioning and billing implementation for a major UK Utilities supplier.
• Actively participated in the Project Management Office delivering process improvement.

• Lead role in the ongoing development of a European e:Commerce / e:Business strategy through the active partner management between the Commercial and IT groups across the European business.
• Responsible for all European CRM system implementations and instrumental in defining and delivering innovative IT solutions for a major European Sales and Marketing initiative representing total savings of c£21m pa.
• Responsible for all Field Sales implementations within Europe (savings c£2m pa).
• Responsible for ongoing evaluation of packaged CRM solutions and sourcing options.
• Represented the IT function at the UK, France and Nordic IT Steering Groups.

• Responsible for IT service provision and management of the IT operational infrastructure to the UK Spirits and Wine business (which comprised Sales, Marketing, Finance and two distributioncentres).
• Managing the UK IT budget in excess of £1m, with eight reports distributed amongst key locations throughout the UK business.
• Identification of resource requirement and the overall management of internal and external IT resources, ensuring minimum cost to the business, whilst ensuring all solutions implemented comply with defined IT standards.

• Responsible for Technical Project Management and consultancy across ADS&W business within the UK and Europe, successfully implementing LAN, WAN, Office and Mail systems within the European region.
