• Analyze business partners' operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determineopportunities to automate processes, functions, and internal communication systems• Look for opportunities to improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within thebusiness applications framework• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing internal communication systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements• Managed multiple projects simultaneously, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality workmanship

• Review and provide input on technical documentation• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation• Develops options and recommendations to drive critical decisions• Work to meet deadlines for enterprise launches / rollouts of maintenance activity, process implementation, training and communication as deemed necessary

• Assists with facilitating the Network Protection Policy to minimize risk and exposure to network and revenue customers• Ensures maintenance tickets are accurately submitted with required data to meet compliance • Assists with coordinating and facilitating vendor and carrier maintenance activities to ensure successful execution and completion• Recommends changes to procedures and operations• Responsible for the observation and alert of non-compliance of the Network Protection Policy to drive proactive, preventive maintenance• Assists with tracking and assessing metrics based on trending data

• Responsible for processing and executing client contracts for commercial advertisements on cable networks• Schedule commercials for television network airing • Generate and communicate monthly activity reports for Account Executives/Sales teams review• Work with Media Operations Center, inventory, and billing departments to ensure all Advanced Media Traffic Orders including verification of campaigns, ad/copy changes, fulfillment offers, etc• Assist in the resolution of traffic/and or billing conflicts• Monitor commercial network inventory and the correct placement

• Place new installation orders, service orders for disconnects & service changes; scheduled appointments accordingly; prepare associated paperwork for work orders; process special requests for services; input orders into computer systems.• Accountable for overseeing customer escalations from Customer Service Reps and/or complaints received directly into Corporate or Regional offices.• Assist with training, monitoring, sales, and the coaching of Customer Service Representatives
