I play the role of Systems Implementayion Project and, Programme Portfolio Management and am a Seasoned Project Management Trainer. Through my organixatin, X-Pert Solutions,, which I founded in 2011,, I have been taking on Management Contracts for running Client ICT Departments, while recruiting and upskilling on site ICT Managers and staff on ICT Best Practices and Global Trends to achieve performance excellence. I have also been involved in successful End-to-End ICT Audits and Business Continuity Planning and Cybersecurity. With over 38 years diverse experience and expertise with a “360 view” of the ICT and Business Disciplines which span across private and public sectors with special emphasis in Insurance, Pensions, Micro Finance, Banking, Manufacturing.. Through my ICT expertise and knowledge i continues to achieve digital transformation for organizations locally and across Sub-Sharan Africa. I am a researcher which enables me to keep abreast with contemporary and future trends. I sit on Boards where I drive ICT strategic focus and dirrection. The Boards include the AFC Insurance Board. I am also the current Vice President for IFIP (Intenational Federation for Information Processing) which is headquartered in Austria and also sit on the IFIP, IP3(International Professional Practice Partnership) Board. I am the immediate past President of the Compuer Society of Zimbabwe(CSZ).
