As a scrum master with geographically diverse technology teams, I lead development squads by coaching them on Agile frameworks Scrum and SAFe 6, providing best practices, and implementing scrum ceremonies, creating a collaborative environment and culture of continuously improving processes to deliver maximum value for the customer. Squads are part of the Planning Interval (PI), which demands cross-team coordination that manages dependencies between agile teams. I also provide transparency by communicating efficiently and updating the program and stakeholders on the project's progress. Bradesco Seguros is a company for the insurance segment; I acted as Agilist for the digital transformation process. Main activities: Support in the planning and execution of PI – Program Increment (Scaled Agile), Definition of methods, processes, roles, metrics, and agile ceremonies. Coach PO and teams on scaled agile.Some key activities done here were: I created an Agile Maturity assessment; I supported POs to prioritize the PI backlog through value metrics; I coordinated and facilitated pre-PI sessions; I trained facilitators for PI Planning breakouts, and I gave support to all squads during the PI Planning event; I taught and facilized to create A3 lean for all squads. I was Project Manager for R&D software products for the energy sector. Responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and coordinating projects to develop new software products and services. Five projects were delivered, and some were Agile scale in global projects. Activities: Scrum management and metric analysis for Agile projects. Control of project scope, schedule, risks, and cost. Facilitate project team for integration with other projects and components. Process mixed of environment utilizing stage-gate and agile methodologies (Scrum). Reporting project status for the local and global board, global PMO, and stakeholders.

I ramped up fast two new squads for P&D Brazil L+G; I was Scrum Master for global agile structure: direct and facilitated the tasks performed; identified and removed impediments; supported team members in conflict resolution; assisted in communication and transparency with other teams; created and monitor team metrics; facilitate and conduct project meetings; assist Product Manager with a backlog.

The project goal was to integrate OpenScape with Microsoft products such as MS Lync/MOC, MS Outlook. Software development uses JAVA, C#, C++, Lync SDK, SIP, CSTA, and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration).OpenScape VoiceLink training was in San Jose – CA, USA for a period of 3 months (from June until August 2007). Activities: Feature design and specification. Technology prospective. Development team support and leadership. Threat/vulnerability analysis and countermeasure implementation.

Member of HiPath 1100/1200 development team for Brazil Siemens AG, I was responsible for providing and developing solutions to Manager PBX (HiPath 1100). Development of applications using MS Visual C++, Clearcase, InstallShield, UML, and formal development process (CMMI). Main achievements: Coordinate the team members; Technical lead of HiPath 1100 applications; Adapt the development process model for a software application.

I worked with software development (embedded and application) for small and medium systems (PBX as Euroset Line, Hicom 1xx, HiPath 1100). I was responsible for developing components such as L1, L2, and L3, of TDM and ISDN protocols. I also worked to adapt these products to many countries. In 2002, I started developing Software applications for these products.I had an opportunity to work and experience the all life cycle of the project (product specification, design, and implementation). Some technologies used were: C, C++, Assembly, Visual Basic, UML, ClearCase, and Source Safe.
