Intern for the Facilities and Fleet Department• Create purchase orders and requisitions lines on SAP GUI • Receive and file invoices from various vendors • Assist in maintaining department's construction project files and updating project cost tracking • Assist in the research and review of various County contracts (master contracts, board contracts, service agreements, etc.)• Perform general office administrative tasks

• Supervise shifts of 15-20 team members and ensure complete customer satisfaction • Successfully help and serve over 80 customers during peak rush hours• Manage inventory of all merchandise resulting in a fully stocked store for the customers • Maintain organized cash drawers and count them at the end of the day

• Balancing accounts and posting journal entries to general ledger daily • Prepare bank reconciliations when there is a discrepancy in total balances• Assist other co-workers during company’s transition into the new system• Create photocopies, scan, and post various documents to online database
