With more than 20 years experience in the demanding world of hospitality, Johnny Sfeir knows firsthand how story-worthy experiences can elevate a business to become a well-known, well-loved brand. He is also the creator of the WABI SABI Simulation, a highly successful training centered around centered around diversity culture, and the Boost! Boost! The Idea Booster Game, a fun daily teamwork game that teaches the power of a positive attitude in up-leveling ideas. On stage, Johnny is high energy, full of enthusiasm, and capable of engaging his audience and creating an emotional connection within seconds.
