As a product management consultant, I help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to improve their business processes, products, and customer experiences. I have over 10 years of experience in various roles in start-up technology companies, ranging from sales, growth, and product management. I have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a master's and a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. I have leveraged my technical skills and knowledge to create innovative solutions using IoT, machine learning, network infrastructure, ERP, and SOP. I have also led teams and projects to establish partnerships with corporate brands, increase sales and GMV, and launch and roll out products in different markets. I am passionate about solving problems and seeing the impact of my solutions. I have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, as well as communication and presentation skills that enable me to influence and lead stakeholders and colleagues. I also believe in mentoring my subordinates to grow not only in their technical skills, but also in their life skills. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and exploring the outdoors.
